We actively encourage fathers to get involved. There is a special dads group on the last Saturday of every month, which alternates venues between Gardners Lane Childrens Centre and Oakwood Childrens Centre. Male carers are always welcome in our groups.
Yes - all service users need to complete a registration form.
We have many different groups for babies and new mums. These include a baby massage course, a baby drop-in group, regular visits from health visitors, and a tots group for toddlers up to the age of two years.
We run a Young Parents Drop In every Thursday morning, for parents under the age of 21. In addition we offer acrredited training "Young Mums To Be" & "Parents With Prospects" these all take place at the centre and creche facilities are available on request.
